All roads lead to the Cultural Center of the Philippines for the much awaited sixth edition of the Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival. Cineastes from Metro Manila and the regions will converge once again in this venue, and so will film programmers from around the globe. I hope Limbunan gets the attention it needs. The world will, indeed, be watching.
